No. We only offer a bespoke service. This gives the client the best value for their project and ensures that the finished frame works in harmony with its environment. If you are looking for ideas, you may find something in our portfolio that could be used as a starting point.
Can you supply a frame for me to put up?We supply and erect all our frames. This way we retain responsibility for all aspects of the frame design and erection. On occasion we can supply frame elements and single timbers on a supply only basis.
What is the difference between structural timber frame and light-frame construction?All the projects shown on our website have heavy structural timber frames. This kind of frame is often characterised by visible timbers in the finished structure. By contrast, light frame construction typically uses much smaller softwood timbers with the finished “stick”-frame hidden behind plasterboard, or other finishes.
At the Timber Frame Company, we frequently combine these building methods to deliver the best overall value to the client.
