This contemporary oak framed house and buildings neatly combines a modest post and beam frame with stainless steel tension rods to the trusses and wall frames. It is another example of a hybrid timber construction including cost effective minimal oak primary frame, direct glazing and sheathed softwood stud wall and roof panels. TFCo provided the oak frames, wall panels and cut softwood rafters from the concrete slab to structural shell.
